A gas chiller is a device that uses gases (such as air, helium, nitrogen, etc.) as refrigerants and achieves cooling through thermodynamic cycles. Its core principle is to absorb or release heat through the processes of gas compression and expansion, thereby achieving the purpose of cooling.

LQ series is used to cool non-corrosive gases, and then the low-temperature gas coming out of the equipment is supplied to the original parts or heat exchangers to be tested.
AI series is used for high and low temperature testing of brain body equipment as a constant temperature source when testing electronic equipment.
AES series is used for testing chips, modules, integrated circuit boards, etc. to provide accurate and fast ambient temperature, with a maximum gas flow rate of 30m³/h.
AET series is used for temperature control of various temperature control chucks, cavity environments, heat plates, etc., providing gas with stable flow, pressure and constant temperature.

Gas chiller improves efficiency by optimizing the cycle process (such as regenerator design). It uses helium, hydrogen and other alternatives to traditional refrigerants, thereby being environmental-friendly. Moreover, gas chiller integrates MEMS technology for cooling electronic devices.
