Thermal oil heating system

  • UST series adopt the high-temperature cooling process to achieve a temperature drop of 300℃ to 50℃ at a very fast speed.
  • A fully enclosed circulating system
  • Large heat exchange area, the heating and cooling rates are very fast
  • There is no evaporation of oil mist at high temperatures
  • PLC controller, five programs can be compiled, and each program can contain 40 steps.
  • The maximum cooling power is 95kW (UST-A9530)

Lneya’s UST series is a high-end model of heating circulators with a thermal oil heating system. By adopting the feedforward PID algorithm and the model-free self-constructed tree algorithm, the temperature lag can be reduced. There are two modes: material temperature control and equipment outlet temperature control. You can freely choose either one. The UST series heating circulator utilizes three-point sampling (heat-conducting medium inlet temperature, outlet temperature and reactor material temperature) to send feedback on temperature. The UST series can not only control the temperature of the heat transfer medium but also the temperature of the reaction material.

Heat apparatus: provide a heat source and convert electrical energy into thermal energy, and heat the heat-conducting medium.


Circulating Pump: the driving heat-conducting medium circulates within the system to ensure that the heat is uniformly transferred to the target equipment (such as reaction vessels, microchannel reactors, etc.). The circulating pump is resistant to high temperature and corrosion, and its flow rate can be adjusted.

When selecting the model, the following parameters need to be considered:
Key parameters, typical model examples, applicable scenarios, heating power, cooling capacity, pressure and flow rate. If you need rapid cooling from 300℃ high temperature, UST-A series(such as UST-A2530) is a the best choice. If only moderate and low-temperature control is needed, UST-5530 or UST-7530 is more economical.
